Miss Lola M. Fauth, 78, was found dead in her home May 6, 1973 Sunday by her sister-in-law Mrs. Lenora Fauth. Death was apparently due to a heart attack. Miss Fouth had been ill three years. She had moved to Newtown four years ago after returning from Norwood High School at Cincinnati, Ohio, where she had been employed for 40 years. She attended the Newtown Presbyterian Church and was a member of the United Presbyterian Women's Organization. Miss Fauth was born January 12, 1895, near Augusta, Ky., a daughter of Benhardt and Grace Whiteman Fauth. She attended schools in Washington County. Survivors include in addition to Mrs. Fauth, a niece Mrs. Jean Wann of Newtown, a cousin, Mrs. Margaret Asbury of Newtown and two other nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by two brothers. Services at Crumley Williams Funeral Home at Hillsboro. The Rev. George Phelps, former pastor of Hopewell Baptist Church officiated.

Newtown—Miss Lola M. Fauth, 78, of Newtown, died unexpectedly of an apparent heart attack at 4 p.m. Sunday (May 6, 1973) at her home. She was found by a sister-in-law, Mrs. Lenora Fauth. She had been ill the past three years.
  Born Jan. 12, 1895, near Augusta, Ky., she was the daughter of Benhardt and Grace Whiteman Fauth.
  She attended schools in Washington County and retired four years ago from the staff of Norwood High at Cincinnati, Ohio, where she was employed for 40 years.
  She attended the Newtown Presbyterian Church and was a member of the United Presbyterian Women’s Organization.
  Survivors include two nieces and two nephews, including Mrs. Jean Wann of near Newtown; and a cousin, Mrs. Margaret Asbury of near Newtown.
  She was preceded in death by two brothers.
 Services were 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Crumley-Williams Funeral Home in Hillsboro, with the Rev. George Phelps officiating. Burial was in the Masonic Cemetery at Waynetown.

Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Crumley-Williams Funeral Home at Hillsboro. The Rev. George Phelps former pastor of Hopewell Baptist Church will officiate.
